What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards including but not limited to: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

How secure is this store?

All transactions in this store are processed using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption of 256-bits (the highest level commercially available) keeping your information confidential.

Shipping?

All orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order. Please factor this in when estimating your order's delivery time. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground or US Postal Service and will arrive between 3 to 5 business days after your order has been processed. International orders are shipped via US Postal Service and can take up to 12 business days for delivery after your order has been processed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can always track it here.

International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges?

Requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Returns must be unworn, unwashed and be in original condition. Please email us at customerservice@purpleandchrome.com to request a unique return shipping label.

Upon receipt of your return, we will credit your credit card for the merchandise amount. Returns must be received within 7 days of return authorization issuance.
