How secure is this store?
All transactions in this store are processed using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption of 256-bits (the highest level commercially available) keeping your information confidential.
Orders are shipped out within 1-4 business days of purchase. Most orders are shipped out within 2 business days however. Shipping notifications are sent via email after package is shipped with tracking if available. Transit days are Monday – Friday with the exception of holidays. USPS may deliver on Saturdays.
Returns & Exchanges?
Purchased items are deemed as un-returnable if item(s) have been worn, washed, tags have been removed, damaged, and/or stained by the customer. If you need to return or exchange a part or all of your purchase from Purple & Chrome, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 15 days of the purchase. Be sure to return the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to Purple & Chrome’s return address. Include your receipt, a note describing the problem, your contact info, and the method of exchange (you may write this on BACK of your receipt). For your contact info, include your name, address, phone # and e-mail. This information will allow us to contact you, if necessary regarding the return. Your returned item(s) may be exchanged for an exchange, refund, or credit towards another Purple & Chrome purchase.
